I have read the guide in this website:

http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/cut_avi_with_virtualdub.cfm

I followed all the instructions.

When I load the avi file I get this message from virtualdub:

"VirtualDub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file..."

It then loads fine. I followed the step by step instructions. I cut the first 10 minutes of the movie. But when I play the cut segment in windows media player there is a difference between the sound and the image (not right at the beginning but towards the middle). Can someone please explain to me why and how this can be solved? (I am using the virtualdub 1.6.0)

Any help is much appreciated.
