I've been able in the past to burn an iso or bin image to cd and use those cds to autoplay and install game , app what have you . When I go to do the same thing with an iso file that must go on to a dvd because of its sheer size , I end up with only the same iso file on the dvd . This is nice for storage purposes but does nothing in terms of install after the dvd is burnt. I'm using dvd decrypter .

Is this yet possible because everything I've been reading on the subject of DVD's involves movies , TV etc. Anybody out there ripping newer games that are getting bigger all the time ?? Far Cry , Doom 3 etc .

Thanks ,

(Huuuummm)

You might want to take this question to - http://forums.afterdawn.com/forum_view.cfm/115

You'll have better luck with answers about games.

As for DVD's and ISO's in general, if the ISO is under 4.36GB just burn it to disc. An ISO is an image so there's nothing to mess up.

Good luck,

Cheers,

Pete

P.S. Maybe you should extract what you need from ISO & then burn to DVDR !; )

Thanks kids , I'll probably just extract files from ISO and burn them on DVD and hopefully when autoplay kicks in it will grab the setup files and go from there .
