DVDlab - High BitRate Problem

Hi there guys,

I have a movie which came in 3 xVid files and I used "WinAVI" to make Vobs; 6 Vobs Created. (Shown Below)

VTS_01_1 / VTS_01_2 / VTS_02_1
VTS_02_2 / VTS_03_1 / VTS_03_2

I linked the Vobs in DVDlab, but when I Watched the DVD Movie it "Jumps" (millisecond pause then continues) at the points where one VOB goes to the Next.

Can this jump be avoided?

To try and Solve this Problem I Merged all the Vobs (VobMerge 2.5) and imported the single Vob in DVDlab, but DVDlab message said "High BitRate" and it again jumped; this time (mainly) at the Start of the Movie.
(DVDlab did say that might happen)

I'm trying this with "NTSC" Format Xvids

What should I do to Solve this problem??
