AUDIO SYNC.

I used Virtual Dub to compress the video to divX. But I cant compress the audio, it says "Error initializing audio stream compression: The requested conversion is not possible." I can't compress to anything listed. So I don't click anything and save the file in .avi. Everything seems to come out fine in divx, and the sound appears to work, but as I watch the movie, it slowly becomes more and more out of SYNC. How can I fix this?
