DVDRemake 2.4.2 exported video file problems

I have run into an odd problem with DVDRemake 2.4.2 (basic bersion).

1. Rip a movie in shrink, removing unwanted audio streams.
2. Modify moovie as needed -
3. export modified movie

Problem: The video files that were exported will not play in WinDVD. These
exported files are listed as "Not valid". Note the unmodified files work correctly.

I was able to get the DVDremake files to play after I ran them through
DVD Shrink once again (uncompressed mode) again. I have not passed them
through CCE at this point yet.

Very odd..open to comments.

That is very odd, and I suspect it's a bug of some kind since running them through DVD Shrink fixed them. I'd report it to Dimad on the DRM forums to see what he has to say: http://www.cdr-zone.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=19&sid=275e2ce322be6953c8689b64f212d14c

I just finished downloading and testing the newest version of DVDRemake 2.4.3.
This update seems too have fixed the problem. It looks like there was a bug
introoduced with the 2.4.1 update of this product.

I also reported my problem with dimadsoft. I have never
seen a software company turn out bug fixes as fast as these guys.

Yeah, the support is incredible all around. Quick help, quick bugfixes, and a generally good attitude toward customers. I'd be a lot more willing to part with my money if more software companies had half that level of customer service.

Count me in! We are both safe from
spending a lot of money in the mean time. There
are very few such companies.
