can anybody tell me what the restriction code is for

model nokia 3120 b
it was a cingular phone .. and im trying to put in my cingular sim and it keeps giving me the restriction code.

Hello,
I am not very good with technology and bought a lame unlocking system online that did not work for an old nokia 3120 my friend gave me. I tried their five unlock codes and none of them worked. Now I have two questions: first, is there any hope for me to unlock my phone without having to call the company or buying anything to bypass the "Code Erro"? And second, are cable unlock devices worth the money in this case?

hey i need help bad i havent a clue wat to do i cant remeber my imei no. its like 3535....007.......... thats all i no aswell as that the fone is a nokia 3120 none of the codes on the first page helped and the fone came stock made for irlvodafone and i need to change it to irl meteor
