Ok, heres my troubles with Womble Mpeg VCR version 3.14.
When i tried joining VCD mpegs using womble, everything works well, i followed the guide right to a T. Before i saved the combined mpeg i always try it out and view it within womble before saving it and converting the file to the proper audio for a DVD. It works well, i go to the spot where the files are joined and everything appears to be just perfect, hardly notice the join.
Now when i go and save it as a new file, when its done, i go and view it, and where the join is, the video resorts back to the beginning of CD1 and the audio continues as it suppose to when joined.
I thought this was a problem i was doing with the womble program but i tryied it on two vcd screeners, both the same format and they both do the same thing. I even tried it both ways. Taking the saved image on the video clipboard and dropping onto the video the i want to join in the main window of womble, and always the same thing, u play it back before saving and it plays fine to the joined part and right to the end. AFter saving it, where it joins i get the same problem as mentioned above.
Now doing SVDS, i tried one SVCD and joined the two cds together and saved it and it works just fine after saving it. No problems where i joined it and right to the end.
I have done 4 SVCDS without any problems so far.
Does anyone know of any bugs with that this program has with joining VCD mpegs together and saving them??
Any ideas or comments would help.
THanks NovaDude.
Anyone have some ideas, i went to TMPEG and joined the files without any problmes but i prefer womble because u can frame by frame see the parts your joining and get a precise join.
