Alright, I am behind a firewall, at a university. I need to speed up bit torrent. When I use it, it never finds any clients, meaning the university is blocking it somehow. I have forwarded ports, and it has not worked... Any ideas... Maybe forward to an IP outside... Anyhow, anyone with an idea to help me break the this firewall hell, HELP!
