I want to know if I can connect my IBM Deskstar hadr drive with an encloser through USB to my PS2?

if you mean for hdloader to boot games from it, NO

if you mean to copy saves to from memory card, then MAYBE you MIGHT be able to do it wiht that action replay max evo

it has usb open drive support, and i presume that a usb enclosure would do a similar thing for a standard hdd, so this MIGHT work

but if you want to actually boot game from it, NO

jsut get the network adapter, its probably alot cheaper than a usb hdd enclosure anyways
