tmpgenc dvd author motion menu on title page

I created a motion menu in Premiere Pro (video and music spliced together) and used it as the motion menu in tmpgenc dvd author 1.5 .

It plays the motion menu on the scene selection pages (2 in this case), but it`s just a static picture on the title page (the root menu). All the motion menu preview animations are there for the root and scene selection pages. All the settings are the same for the motion menu on the title and scene selection pages.

If anyone could give me any advice on why the title motion menu isn`t playing when the exact same file plays everywhere else with the exact same settings (every box ticked) I`d appreciate it.
