I have a backup film on my hardrive (VOB files, I couldnt copy it originally from disc to disc due to an IO error on DVDshrink analysis.

But as stated it's now on my hardrive (dont ask why because I dont know how).

I have tried using Nero 6 but alas it dosent recognise the files !!!

Anybody have any ideas ? I am using an Freecom external DVD and -R media.

i dont know much about Nero 6. But you could prolly try downloading some freeware burning software and burn the audio and video ts folders as a data disc.

Seems like this could be a film that shrink cant decrypt, try using "dvd decrypter" to decrypt first and transfere all the files to your hard drive.... Then use "dvd shrink" , pointing to the files you have just decrypted to shrink the film : )
