I am completely lost on all this verbatim and ritek stuff. Does ritek and verbatim just manufacture the discs and give them to companies like memorex or maxell etc... I am trying to buy either verbatim or ritek +r's to use for ps2 backups but when I go to an electronics store to find them, will their brand name be verbatim or ritek, or will it be something different. How do I tell if its verbatim or ritek, and how do I know if its a good ritek or verbatim I have seen in some posts that some ritek are no good while others are. I am really confused, if you could, please tell me how to get either ritek or verbatim at a regular electronics store, not online. I thought I saw a post that said there was a certain number on the back of memorex discs telling if they were riteks, but now I can't find the post. Buying them online is my last option, any help would be appreciated. My burner is a PHILIPS
DVD+RW-D28 so I am not sure if I can use -r discs, if you can answer that it would also help in case I can't find +r's. Thanks
