Anyone have a hard time with this media? I used to used the 4x media and it works fine. I got the new 8x and the game is kinda choppy and slows down sometimes. I have a v7 PS2. i buy them at Best Buy. Any other media from Best Buy that works good??

i don't think the ps2 likes 8x media.

what if u buy an 8x dvd-r but u only burn it on 1x. will it hurt ur ps2 still?

it shouldn't hurt your ps2 by burn 1x, that's what i heard from friends and seen on forums..

2003 eclipse spyder. Body kit, air ride suspension, carbon fiber hood, etc. Back to the original question, i burn all my games at 2x on ritek g04 and never have any problmes.

its got air ride, its all the way down. i can raise it about 10 inches.
