Hey guys / gals, just bought my ps2, yea im a little behind times, but i finally got one, ive seen thousands of chips, software etc. for modding my ps2 to play backups etc. i have never really soldered anything, and dont know if i would trust myself to do it, therefor i kind of looked away from mod chips that involve soldering.

if anyone has a recommendation for a low cost, low know-how chip for my ps2 it be great.

A good recommedation would be the swap disk and slide tool, since you just bought the ps2 it should be under warranty and this will not void that..a modchip will.

hes asking for a chip... get a chip installed by these guys http://www.norcalmods.com they did a great putting a matrix infinity in my version 10.
