I have successfully used the 'dvd to svcd with TMPGenc' guide in the past, with minor modifications to permit me to burn a dvd. i recently had to reinstall windows and subsequently the programs pertinent to this guide. Now when I try to duplicate what I did successfully in the past, I get the following messages from TMPGenc author when I try to burn a dvd:

The video GOP is too long.

The video GOP is too long.
For a standard DVD it is necessary that the GOP fulfill the following condition:

Max 36 fields (18 frames) (NTSC format only)
Max 30 fields (15 frames) (PAL format only)

or the following [sometimes both]:

The video sequence header is incorrect.
A video sequence header is necessary for every GOP in a standard DVD.

I'd appreciate help in learning what I could be doing differently to cause these messages. Also, is there a modification that I can make to correct the files?

Many thanks
Vlad
