Heey, I've succesfully installed my hdloader to my memory card using the fininity manager. It worked because the files where in bin/cue format there was nothing to edit for me.

But now I am trying to install Faplink to memory card with infinity manager. So I placed fap_srv.elf and IPCONFIG.DAT in the same dir. and after that made up my install.cnf like this:

Faplink
mc0:\BOOT\FAPLINK\fap_srv.elf
MD mc0:\BOOT\FAPLINK
CP cdrom0:\fap_srv.elf;1 mc0:\BOOT\FAPLINK\fap_srv.elf
CP cdrom0:\IPCONFIG.DAT;1 mc0:\BOOT\FAPLINK\IPCONFIG.DAT

So after that burn the three files on cd using nero and load up infinity manager and install aplication. Infiniti manager say's install complete. But then when I try to boot Faplink from infinity manager, after 10 seconds it flips to the browser screen where my memory card's are located.

What am I doing wrong. It must be possible doing it this way right???

I'm not sure if it will fix your problem, but I have two suggestions :

1 - For some reason you have it as fap_srv.elf, and I believe that's how mine was when I used it. Rename it to fap_svr.elf...when my elf file was named the way you have it the screen just flashed and went back to my menu. Though if everything is installed with the same name, that shouldn't matter...

2 - FAP_SRV.ELF needs to go into the BADATA_SYSTEM or BEDATA_SYSTEM folder (Depending on whether you're PAL or NTSC)...my elf file is in "mc0:/BADATA-SYSTEM/" for instance...
the IPCONFIG.DAT file then needs to be put in a folder on the memory card...mine is located in "mc0:/FAPLINK/"
