How do you open a TDA file and run it to install. Where do you find the file extensions.

I've downloaded a rar file, extracted it and
wound up with this

Ex. Quicken 2005
QUICKEN.2005.PREMIER.HOME.AND.BUSINESS-TDA

tda-qphb, tda-qphb001 ....tda-qphb018, tda-qphb.sfv

What do you do?
Can someone help?
