QuEnc failure

I tried to using QuEnc v.54 to encode the AVS files to MV2, and the result is MV2 files of 0.00 megabytes.
QuEnc runs fine, using the 2 pass method, but fails to produce any usable files. Thus, it cannot render the video_ts files.

I have configured QuEnc as instructed in the tutorial, and reviewed the settings several times. What could be the problem??? Using CCE, the video was encoded perfectly, so since QuEnc has been touted as having excellent results I thought I would give it a try as well.

Using the latest version of rebuilder, and QuEnc.

Vurbal, jdobbs, any suggestions!
