Wow! Have I been frustrated. If ONLY I had done more reading before I bought it!! NEVER NEVER NEVER would have got it! I just have to post this customer dis-service here so people see how NON-helpful Sony is when it comes to supporting a product! The best information I get is on these kind of forums.

I read that somewhere else. So how ARE we suppose to get the data off of our camera if it's not supported with any product you provide???

To transfer the video from the camcorder to the Computer you need the MobvieShaker software. I am afraid I do not information regarding any third party softwares.

This is extremely frustrating! I do have MovieShaker and can't do anything with it. I've searched all sorts of websites pertaining to this problem and everyone says we're out of luck and shouldn't have purchased this product for any kind of movie editing. Are you saying there's no way for me to get it off the camera without MovieShaker?
