I just got a copy of HDLoader from consolesource.com and I put in on my PS2 and it says HDLoader Free! is that ok? or is a beta version? do some one here know what's the latest version for HDLoader??

it says that because its the FREE version. its all good, it should work.

that version is crack by ps2ownz. just for people who doesn't wanna buy the original hdloader but rather get a free one instead.

it wasn't free, I got it from ConsoleSource! I paid for it and also the shipping from Canada to US...
So just for know is there a difference with the Free and the non-Free???

As long as it boots in your ps2, it should work.

it boots just fine. but still I'm kind of worried that later one I may encounter some issues with it...
I haven't tried yet to load a game in the HDD because I just order the network adapter and the hdd, so, I have to wait for at least a week or less hopefully

I also ordered my copy of H Loader from comsolesource.com and also saysy Free version.
It works just fine.

no, because that one is pressed. If you buy hdloader, you don't need a mod. if you download it, then you need a mod.

Hi!, yep I tried with different games like metal slug3, kof2001, resident evil outbreak and it work perfect, I tried on my ps2 with modchip and also tried on my girlfriend ps2 without modchip and it work great!!!! load the games very fast :D, I used originals and copies and well... so far so good...

hdloader works great. The free version is just a crack that companies download and press themselves to bypass the PS2 security features. you can checkout www.electronicunderworld.com to see some cool stuff.
