CD BURNER TO BURN MOVIES

What are the required steps to burn downloaded movies to a CD using my CD-WRITER, and have them successfully play in my DVD player?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your best bet is probably going to involve converting the films to VCD/SVCD format. Check out our VCD forum for more info :)
