K, I'm new to this. I notice a lot of the anime sites have irc channels where you can get unlicensed anime, so I decided to try it out. I got mIRC and after a lot of confusion, finally figured out how to get to #animeone, now does anyone know how to download a file from there? I know, I'm a total newb =) Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Here is an easy way to get files from IRC. Use a website like http://www.packetnews.com/ or http://www.ircspy.com/ and search for the files. Once the list comes up click on the pack number. This will open up the mIRC program. Then once in the room simply press Ctrl V together. This will request the pack. Hope this helps. IRC can be difficult to learn.
in the options from mIRC you must go to dcc,in the right side you must have accept only,change for ignore only.Dont forgot in connect to fhil your nickname and all what they ask.next step connect to server and here you are donne,close mIRC.
next go to www.debateroom.com.and fhil there the name of the movie you want(mp3,games,etc).next click on the # automatic open mIRC,you must wait until come the second screen,then ctrl v and enter,they will send you a message and you accept if not try another one.I hope that help you,ps sorry but my english is not so good.let me know something,bye.
