Xcopy xpress worked... then quit. Now won't activate. Help?

I installed dvd xcopy xpress. I backed up 9 dvds yesterday. Tried to back one up today, xcopy xpress program won't open. I click on it, nothing happens.

So I system restore back to sunday (i installed it on tuesday). Then i reinstall it.

When i enter the licence id and password the "recieving activation information" window just sits there for hours; nothing happens.

Can anyone help me?
