The only movie I ever found even the slightest bit disturbing was 8mm. That and Pee Wee's Big Adventure .... that was just wrong

During the early 70s, I saw a movie called "The Wizard of Gore" at a drive-in. It was the first movie (and only that I know of) to be rated "X" without and nudity or sex ... It contained very very graphic gore ...

Definately this black and white Japanese flick my friend brought over months ago. Iron Man I think it was called. The only way I can describe it is image a matrix/terminator porno with more violence on tweek. Oh yeah, and really old special effects, that, although really cheesy, don't deter the quantity, just quality, of machine-human violence and sex.

Wow, can't believe no one mentioned "The Exorcist". The one movie which probably terrified folks more than all the other disturbing films combined...

I still contend that nothing even comes close to "Begotten" in terms of being truly and utterly disturbing.
