Just received a Swap Card with the Swap Magic CD's. I cannot get the swap card to work at all. I have read the instructions, but there must be something that I'm not doing right....the front cover came off with no problems, but the swap trick crap seems impossible. Am I wasting my time and should I just get the PS2 flip top, instead?

the fliptop is better. you insert the slide card, slide the peg to the right, take the card out, pull the tray out with your fingers, swap for backup, push tray back in, use slide card to push peg back to the left.

I like my swap card, I've gotten it to the point where it's not hard at all to swap something out...but the first couple times suck ass. Hold the thick part of the card, and have the hook on the right side, line up the left side of the card with the left side of the cd tray opening. Make sure you're inserting the card into the bottom gap in the cd tray. gently press in...it sholdn't go in just yet. Move it right a little bit at a time, pressing in gently along the way, there will be a point where you can't move it right easily anymore, you would have to pull back a bit to do it...don't, jiggle the card a little bit, this should be the spot where it should slide in. Hopefully this helps, practice makes perfect.

Maybe an off-topic question, but what is this card made of?
plastic?
What material?
Could someone put it under his/her scanner and mesure it (I want to know the exact size and shape, so I can start trying this with the AR or whatever cheatcd/bootsystem.
Just wondering around

Thanks fellas, after reading your posts, I was able to figure it out. Is it possible to use the swap method to load a backup of HD Loader?
