I was told that a 198PCI-64TV card from Jaton would allow me to capture VHS tapes and then I could burn DVD's with my old home videos. I got it all loaded up and then plugged a y-cable (RCA type, I think, a red and a white put togther into a single black proing which I plugged into the yellow hole in my PCI and I don't know what to do next. Am I barking up the wrong tree, or what program do I open to make this work??
