my question is,how to setup poorts with panda firewall,i just got bitcomet and it seems to be very slow,someone help me please.

You're supposed to "forward/open" a specific range or number of ports in your firewall section. To find out what those ports are, just do a simple thread search on Afterdawn, or use google.
