Need Pro Installer in PA

I'm looking for a professional installer in the North East PA area. I'm located in Scranton. I have a v. 7 ps2 which is tried to mod myself with a magic 3.1. I have examined all the points and don't see any problems but have been getting a disc read error with any type of disc. So something with the install must be wrong. The main thing I'm looking for is someone near by so I can save on shipping.

Here try this guy http://www.steelcityelectronics.com/ I've used him for my V10 PS2 Magic V install he's a pro at this. I live in PA too and it only took a couple days to get it back. You get a 60 warranty with the install.
