When I back a DVD up using shrink do I back it up as 'Hard Disk Folder' or 'ISO Image File'

When I burn it. Do I burn it as a Data? Or what do I burn it as?

shrink can also open a program to burn. If you have Nero, select your burner as target and select burn with Nero. otherwise, download DVD Decrypter and select iso image file and select burn with DVD Decrypter.
