how to burn a game from the HD

I have already red a lot of thread but I couldn't play any game yet!
I don't have experience with games, I download 2 games from supernova, the first is an image file .CDI, the second (max payne 2) is divided in two folder CD1 and Cd2.
The first I tried to burn on CD (I have a Memorex 52x, It can read RAW,SAO,DAO etc..)with alcohol 120 but nothing!
The second I unzipped the 2 folder and I installed it,but when I run the the game It say please insert the CD!
CAn you guys explain the right procedure to burn it!, or eventually just play it without burn it!
