With HD Loader does the HD work on other PS2 or just the original one?

I put my HD on another PS2 and it said through the format thing again, I was scard and didn't do it so I moved it to my original one and it didn't pop up.

SOoooo...now the new game I just bought Mortal Kombat Deception DOES NOT WORK on my PS2 and everything works great! However my cousin has HD Loader also and it worked fine on his, I'm wondering if I could move my HD over to his and then install it and move it back to mine...Will I lose any data?

Please let me know! I love MK but the loadings are forever and his goes ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM;_;

You should be able to swap drives with no problems. HDLoader will not install backed up games to the drive. You can put the drive in your PS2 and use a program called WinHIIP to put backups on the drive. Very simple to use. Just put the drive back in your PS2 when you are done.
