My friend makes a site running off his computer using apache http server and he posts his site and some gay forum call dslreports.com and some texans (i dont have anything against texan people) say hes stupid breaking the rules of his ISP i mean who really cares what he does and stuff. So they report him to his ISP he almost gets banned of his ISP and they say they were helping him out in a nice way lol have look.
