OK first off I am new to these forums so be gentle:_)
Few questions I need answered. What ways can I copy a VHS tape ( home and store bought Disney pref) to DVD/CD?
Scenario 1_)
I have a computer AMDK Anthlon XP2200,1gig mb, 160 gig hd, 2 videocards ATI Radeon 9800 128mb, and a ATI AIW 32mb, Soundblaster 64, Pioneer DVR-105, (DVD burner).

Scenario_2)
I also have a SANSUI VRDVD4005 (DVD-RW & VCR) (although this is at my mother in laws.)
I have heard about all these gizmo's to get rid of protection but I am confussed. What is basic I need software and hardware to work in each of these scenerios?

Mind you I am trying to KEEP the source as close as the copy I am going to make. *just a example I have 400 tapes I will be making some CLASSICS cant buy no more but Macrovision dont go away I have gaven up for a year I was disgusted when I bought a exspensive dazzel hardware didnt work.
What I am trying to get as end result ( able to capture vide) and copy VHS to DVD as best as I can.
