I have the old ripper free version of Platinum and it has always worked well. Now I am trying to copy 2 movies onto Maxell 4.7GB disks which have previously worked well. The Platinum Express copies the movies to the hard drive, but when I insert a blank Maxell (DVD-R), it will not record onto the DVD-R. I do not receive an error message, but it just doesn't record. I am using a Sony DRX530UL drive. All of these products previously worked fine. Any suggestions?

No, you actually stop using XCopy Platinum :) and use Shrink and Decrypter.
