Problems with Magic Swap Disc

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has come across this problem and knows what I can do to fix it...

I've had my MSD for quite awhile and they have always worked fine. Then, I tried to use it with DVD Loader and Gameshark so I could use codes with my DVD Backups. This didn't work for me...and now my DVD Magic Swap disc won't work at all. I put it in the playstation 2 and it loads up till it gets to the point where it says "Insert Disc", then DVD MSD stops spinning for about half a second, then the screen goes black and the disc starts spinning again.

I have no idea why it is doing this. Can anyone help? Please!?

i had a simular problem a while back and it was caused by a sticking x button on the ps2 pad, try swaping it for a spare pad if you have one and see if that helps
