I've also posted this on PS2 Scene forums...

I'd like for some one to tackle making a program that creates the MC Exploit as a gamesave file for use with the Codebreaker 8.0 USB thumb drive support...

create file and save to thumb drive... and load to MC with CodeBreaker...

Also make saves for Reality Player and several other tools and utilities for the MC

Yeah zabolyx when you mention what you want like that.I don't see why anybody would jump for you,but if you actually program you would know how much work goes into something like that.I don't program PS2 dev tools or anything like that, but come on man be realistic. It takes time and concentration to build something. If you wait I am sure somebody will come up with a way to use the pen drive technique for codebreaker 8.0 .

Ursac, USB thumb drives will not operate as true memory cards unless someone writes a flash update for the bios, or includes USB drive support in their $ony licensed product. I wouldnt expect to see either from $ony. The USB drives are most commonly used to transfer saves to/from $ony licensed memory cards. This may be what you are after.

As for Zabolyx, I know that transferring saves using Action Replay Max Evo's usb stick is possible. From what I read, special binary packing was involved. However, since I don't have a Codebreaker 8.0, I can't even begin to unravel the mysteries of this device. Since I dont have a personal need for this device, I wont be spending my money on one. If a free Codebreaker 8.0 showed up at my door, I would not turn it away. <== Coder Prostitution

There are several questions that need to be answered in order to determine feasibility:
1. Will the Codebreaker transfer corrupted files successfully?
2. What is the max file size that it will handle?
3. Does the Codebreaker attempt to modify any aspect of the save file during transfer?
4. Are there different versions of the Codebreaker 8.x, and if so, will it affect compatiblity of the exploit with other versions?

It would seem that if you have the memory card exploit already on your memory card, you could export it using Codebreaker 8.0, then import it to a card that does not have it, and see what happens. I would speculate that its not that simple, or this would be a hot topic in the forums.
