I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way I can rip a DVD, with a subtitle track, straight to compressed video.

Up till now, I've used DVD2oneX to make Video_TS folders with single subtracks, but this is cumbersome as the videos remain large (compressing with DVD2oneX yields horrible results.

Normally I just use handbrake to rip DVDs straight to MP4, but handbrake doesn't support subtitles at all. Perhaps it's possible to merge the .ifo files with these raw rips?
