to all,

i downloaded a movie via bt and the files play fine on my computer but when i try and convert it to a dvd it ends up jumping around on the screen with no sound so you can't watch it. just ot clarify what i mean by jumping around, basically it goes up and down just like when an old film projector movie woudl end. i have followed the guide on this site but ot no avail. i think it might be that i cant figure out the correct file. can anyone help me with a program that will check the true type of file that it is. i have used gspot and avicodec for other stuff but it still seems not to work. also can u give me a step-by-step guide shortform to converting
