Star ocean 3 iso+neo 2 +action replay= cant work??

Hello ;)
i cannot make my starocean 3 DVD backup work
here are the facts:
[Bold]1) the iso is a winrar archivethat contains:IOPRP271.IMG, SLUS_204.88, SYSTEM.CNF
2) i burned all the iso with nero Xpress
3)my ps2(euro) is modded with Neo 2.2 + action replay V2
4)I swap with GTA, then my backup: first it seems to work(dvd is running+ black screen)and then only a black screen
5)the swap method is working perfectly with: Kingdom Hearts, FFX-2...

What could it be? do i have to change my image file??
