no menu on backup DVD

I've been searching the threads for this answer and can't seem to find it. I use Mactheripper, DVDRemaster, DVDBackup and then Toast 6. Everything seems to be great...except for one thing. I do the full disc extraction on theripper but my backup DVDs have no menus like the originals. I would like to keep some of the language and subtitle options and having no menus on backups especially comes into play while trying to view backups "24" episodes...How do I get menus on my DVDs? THanks for everyones help!!!
