I had a question, I am a newb at this stuff.

Anyway my son wants me to order him a modchip.

On the back of the ps2 it has
SCPH39001
AU1261XXX
2C
I take it that equals a Version 7

Alright I am a nut when it comes to ordering stuff online. Meaning I just dont order from just anyone. So I was hoping for someone here to tell me of a site to order a modhip off of, one that they trust. Using resellerrating.com The ones I have found so far I am leery of. He might want a modchip but I want a good place to order it from.
