How to extract a .rar file

I have downloaded DVD Loader V7 all as a .rar file, but now that I have a installed servicepack 2 for windows XP I cannot extract a .rar file. Can anyone recomend a free download to extract this?

Also once it is extracted, how do I burn the files to dvd....

download winrar and right click and extract. It should extract the iso file for dvdloader and then take the iso file into DVD Decrypter and burn it onto a dvd.
