I could get the 'green light' previously when I was downloading using bittorent (using bit tornado client) but recently, I keep getting the yellow light and downloads have been really slow for me 0-3kbs. I do not have firewall installed, neither do I have a router and I have disabled win xp internet firewall. Can anyone help me with this? I did go to shields up!! to test ports 6881-6889 and they were all stealth though. How do I solve this?
