It is true that two (or a thousand)heads are better than one. I was enticed by an e-mail promising me a brand new Apple 40 gig IPOD if I completed their surveys, and signed up for at least two offers. To make a long story short, I did complete the surveys, and signed up for two offers. At that point, mysteriously the website started looping and seemingly malfunctioned to the point where I was completing the same surveys over and over. This has happened to me one other time. All attempts to contact "them" were unsuccessful. I actually found an e-mail address and a form where I could submit a help question or suggestion about website. I didn't hear from that time, and I haven't heard from them on this one either. HAS ANYONE OUT THERE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING HOLD OF SOMEONE AND GETTING ACTION. I fulfilled their surveys, signed up for the required offers, and was unable to get confirmation that I am getting an IPOD. They said somewhere that I was supposed to get a "confirmation" e-mail, but I didn't get that, either. It seems that they are giving themsselves "plausible deniability". Anyone out there have anything to contribute. Maybe if we all got together we could be successful in getting this so-called company to fulfill their obligations.
