Gettin a movie to work?? 'SAW'

I downloaded the movie 'Saw' last night, and when I opened the folder, the following files appeared.
Folder name: VIDEO_TS
Files: VIDEO_TS, VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.IFO, VTS_01_0, VTS_01_0.BUP, VTS_01_0.IFO, VTS_01_1

Im really struggling with finding a way to play this movie. Whenever I click on the ones with a CD icon by them, it loads up PowerDVD XP, but then that program crashes.
Is there an easy solution to finding how to play this movie?
