Problem with OGM files...

When I play ogm files, I see the visual and here the audio but the problem is the bottom half of the video is cut off. I've used Windows Media Player and DivX and the same results for both players. How do I actually get the full picture?

By the way, I did download FFDshow but I'm not sure exactly how this helps play ogm files. Any suggestions?
