i downloaded a movie (that i already have, dont ask y, i just get bored and like to find out how to do new stuff) and it came in 2 disc's, 2 .bin's and 2.cue's. Is there anyway i can joint hem to fit on 1 DVD, or is it possible to extract audio & video from the files and join them?

For bin/cue files you need to extract the image from them. You could use Vcdgear to extract them to mpegs and then use TMPGEnc or TMPGEnc Dvd Author or Nero Vision Express to convert them to Dvd compliant files and use your burning software to burn them to DVD. If you just want to copy them to cd then Alcohol 120% is a quick way of converting them to discs.
