Is this Ritek media i bought fake?

Just wondere dif anyone can help.
I purchased 25 ritek 4x dvd-r from a fairly reputable store, however since reading other forums and noting that fakes are in the marketplace i am somewhat concerned. Only thing that worried me is that the media makes no mention of the brand anywhere on the disc? Only the plastic that sealed the spindle had RITEK on it?

There is a serial number on each disc - does this mean anything?

If you have Nero, you can check the manufacturer using Nero Toolkit's CD-DVD Drivespeed. Click on the Extra tab, choose Disk Info and it will tell you. You can also download a free program called DVDInfo too. Some Riteks are labelled RICOHJPN.
