Hi,
I have 'dvd x copy xpress;v 3.04 i believe'
have compaq presario 2500 2.6ghz/1gmem/30gig hd
I have an external dvd writer( I/O Magic )connected to USB port..
It reads the movie fine,but when it ask for a blank dvd disc thats where problem begins. I put blank disc in same dvd-writer I put original movie in,and it doesn't recognize the blank dvd..The start/options stay greyed..I made sure it was in right drive(but since it reads original disc in same drive Im trying to write too)..This is my first time trying to burn a movie,but not sure why it wont take blank disc(using Verbatim digital movie dvd-r/4.7G 120min 1x-4xspeed)
thnks for any help u can give...I guess I could try reinstalling software? forgot to add the dvd writer is a dual-format 8x writer,not sure if that makes difference?? Also, do i need to use anything besides dvd x copy xpress??
Last thing when i first click on xcopy it brings up box that says is this a rental or borrowed movie, i click no..when i clicked yes it would just shut down....
