Problem backing up Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind

I bought a copy of the movie and now i want to make a backup of it. I'm currently using dvd shrink and dvd decryptor but when i try to shrink the movie, i get some error say it's a wrong programming

anybody know a solution?

I did the same movie a week ago with Shrink. Mine worked fine. Did the disc work fine in a player.

Use the search button on the top of the screen..Alot of people were having the same problem.There are a couple ways around the problem.

I backed mine up.same movie.Had problems too.Re-Author with just the movie itself.You'll find you have a widescreen and a full screen portion of the movie.Take your pick, drag it to the left screen then back-up.This will just give you the movie itself no exrta.It may be harder to burn a movie with both wide and full screen viewing.

I just replaced both the unreferenced and extras withh still image, it finally did encode the damn thing.
